Terms & Conditions

1. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME - Check in time is anytime after 3:00 PM MST and check out is at or anytime before 11:00 AM MST.
2. EARLY CHECK IN - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins offers early check in time of 1:00 PM MST for a non-refundable $75 fee, contingent on management approval. Please contact the property to request an early check in.
3. LATE CHECK OUT - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins offers late check out time of 1:00 PM MST for a non-refundable $75 fee, contingent on management approval. Please contact the property to request a late check out. 
4. FULL PROPERTY RENTALS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins requires a 2 night minimum stay for any full property rentals. 
5. SMOKING - Smoking is NOT permitted inside of any unit at Colorado Bear Creek Cabins. If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the outside designated smoking area. 
6. PETS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins is a pet friendly property. Pets require a non-refundable $50 fee per unit per stay. You are responsible for picking up any of your pet’s waste on any part of the property.
7. PAYMENTS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins requires a deposit of 50% of the total stay upon booking. The deposit will be applied towards the room rent. Payments must be made in the form of a debit or credit card. The balance of your stay is due 14 days prior to your arrival date and will be automatically charged to the card on file unless alternative arrangements have been made. 
8. CANCELLATIONS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins requires notice of cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival for deposits to be refunded. If cancellations occur within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. 
9. STORM & ROAD CONDITIONS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins will not issue any refunds for storms or weather. Additionally, no refunds will be issued due to road conditions.
10. ILLNESS - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins will not issue any refunds due to illness.
11. EVENTS - No events of any kind are allowed at Colorado Bear Creek Cabins without prior approval from management.
12. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking areas at Colorado Bear Creek Cabins.
13. MINIMUM AGE - Minimum age to rent a unit at Colorado Bear Creek Cabins is 18 years.
14. LIABILITY - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins Inc. is not responsible for any illness, accidents, damages, death, theft, costs or injury that occurs while in the property or the building area and its facilities. Colorado Bear Creek Cabins Inc. is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renter(s) and others whom they invite to the unit and/or building area and its facilities are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the unit and building and facilities, and the renter(s) releases the Colorado Bear Creek Cabins Inc. from any claims, loss, damages, and indemnifies and saves them each harmless from and against all claims, damages, actions, or expenses suffered by or occurring to the Colorado Bear Creek Cabins Inc. in connection with the foregoing. 
15. DAMAGES - Colorado Bear Creek Cabins retains the right to apply up to $1,000.00 USD against your card on file for any damages incurred. No charges will occur provided the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• All debris, trash, and discards are placed in garbage containers.
• Kitchens are left in the condition they were found.
• All keys are left at the property and the property is left locked. 
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged. No towels are missing or damaged.
• The unit is kept in satisfactory clean and sanitary condition during the rental period by the renter.
• The renter does not use the unit or allow the unit to be used for any illegal purposes.
• The renter has not breached any municipal or other bylaws or rules and regulations in respect of the unit, and does not cause any loud conversations, music, television, or other irritating noise to disturb peaceful enjoyment of any other residents of other units in the building or neighborhood at any time.
